Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination with forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. asi200 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify asi200 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
asi200 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. All Users must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed.
KYC documents submitted via the Platform's secure verification portal are reviewed within 1–3 business days (WIB). asi200 may request additional supporting documents if the initial submission is incomplete or unclear. Withdrawal requests will remain in a pending state until KYC is fully approved.
asi200 reserves the right to request updated or additional verification documents at any time, including where there is a material change in transaction behaviour, a request to withdraw a large sum, or where fraud is suspected. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, asi200's aggregate liability to any User — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
